These terms govern your use of Cranial Gym, provided by Zero Entropy. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Training product, not medical advice
Cranial Gym provides deliberate-practice exercises and activity evidence. It does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure a medical condition; measure intelligence; or guarantee cognitive, academic, employment, or health outcomes. Do not use it as a substitute for professional advice or emergency services.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for access to your account and for providing accurate information. Do not probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, inject instructions into AI features, scrape or redistribute content, interfere with other users, misuse purchases, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend abusive or risky access.
AI-assisted results
Speech transcription and AI-assisted grading can be incomplete or wrong, especially with noise, accents, network interruptions, ambiguous phrasing, or provider outages. Results are feedback for practice, not authoritative judgments. Some modules remain unscored until their validation gates pass. Technical no-results and retry handling are shown honestly.
Subscriptions and limits
Available products, trials, prices, currencies, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your store account. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refund requests are handled under the store’s rules. Premium includes the features displayed at purchase but may be subject to clearly disclosed fair-use, daily, rolling-window, security, and provider-availability limits. We do not promise unlimited AI-provider usage.
Content and intellectual property
The app, training content, design, software, and branding are owned by Zero Entropy or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You keep rights in text or recordings you provide, and permit us and our processors to use them only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service under the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change for security, quality, legal, provider, or platform reasons. If a paid feature materially changes, applicable store and consumer-protection rights continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not required by law. Zero Entropy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by reliance on training or AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the app or request account deletion at any time. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, or legal requirement.
Governing rules and contact
These terms operate subject to mandatory consumer law in your country. If a dispute arises, contact us first through the support page so we can try to resolve it. We may update these terms and will show a new effective date for material changes.
